I'm Brandi Bowman-Putnam. I live on Lake Huron (although, I am Southern at heart) with my husband Emerson & our spirited cat Remi.  There is always fresh baked good ready, a cozy throw blanket waiting & of course, a candle burning. 

I am a homebody to my core. Creating a space that I love filled with things that I love has been one of my greatest sources of joy. Our home has come to be the gathering hub for all holidays, family dinners, wrapping station (thanks to my massive collection of gift wrap), movie nights, and so much more! Entertaining + decorating are two sources of self-care that fill me up endlessly. There is something so special about finding those essentials that make entertaining memorable + easy, collecting the statement decor pieces that are admired and cherished for years or curating and crafting the small details that make your home special & cozy, like the smell of a cozy candle, a inviting cookie recipe waiting to be offered to your guests, or collections of seasonal decor that you can't wait to pull out as soon as the weather turns. All of those are what makes a house a home, and around here I like to make them an art form with the hope to inspire you to do the same in your home!

In 2018, I combined my love for all things cozy, entertaining & decor to open my boutique, Honey & Home. An online (for now), home boutique with all the things for the home, gifting & lifestyle. In 2019, after a series of events we know call God Winks, we started pouring our own candles. They have become the core of our business, and are truly the coziest candles you will ever burn! In late 2022, I felt the undeniable pull to write a book.  Something that was never really on my radar but it became something I could not avoid! I wrote the draft in less than 2 months, passed it to a friend and her response was overwhelmingly confirming! The book needed to be published. On November 1st, 2023 my book was published!  A dreamy Christmas rom-com book with a story that will always have a piece of my heart! It is available here!
